AI and government services is not a new thing but is an increasing subject of discussion and practice. In this thread we would like to collect different insights on how at international level the application of AI is carried in producing new government services or how existing ones are ameliorated thanks to the introduction of AI solutions.

Many governments are taking similar steps. Canada and France are amongst the ones that have announced investments in AI. I wonder if these investments are taking in account also the need for more AI expertise and research. The lack of human resources in the field is worring many in the business sector already.

New Zealand looks at joint opportunities to better understand the possibilities of new approaches to legislation, rules and policy.
